Reserve your 100% grass-fed lamb for December 2025/January 2026 pickup.
Our lambs are raised using intensive rotational mob grazing - they're moved to fresh pasture daily, mimicking natural herd behavior. This regenerative method builds soil health while producing exceptional meat with deep flavor and ideal fat marbling.
What You Get:
Approximately 35-45 lbs of cut and wrapped meat
Complete custom cutting - specify every cut exactly how you want it
All cuts vacuum-sealed and labeled
Bones and organs included if desired
Pricing: $10 per pound hanging weight (typically 60-70 lbs)
Deposit: $100 reserves your lamb
